Thank you in
advance for your willingness to volunteer a
small portion of your time. AYSO is a
volunteer-run organization and needs
everyone's help to operate properly. Your
participation will help to make this season
a huge success for all players, coaches,
families and spectators.
Remember that all assignments (set up, take
down, and concessions) occur on the same
date.
All teams are asked to provide two (2)
volunteers for set up, two (2) volunteers
for take down, and two (2) volunteers for
concessions, with the following exceptions:
1. All COED teams are asked to provide only
one (1) volunteer for set up and take down.
2. All U08's & U06's are asked to provide
only one (1) volunteer for concessions.
Concession Stand and
Set-Up volunteers are asked to
report to the CONCESSION stand.
-- For SET UP, please report on the date
assigned to your team at 6:30 a.m.
-- For TAKE DOWN, please report on the date
assigned to your team 4:00 p.m.
-- For CONCESSIONS, please report at the
time and date assigned to your team.
