As of 1-31-08 AYSO has started the registration process.  Registrations will take place at the Visalia Sports Complex.  Please see the Calendar for dates and times.  

Pre-registrations are available online at www.eayso.org. Once the form is completed, two copies and payment of $75 must be brought out to registration sessions.  Players will be placed on a team once that process begins in June.

There is only 2 way to register your player:

 
 
1. You may also & are encouraged to pre register online at www.eayso.org

PLEASE ENTER THE INFORMATION IN ALL CAPITAL LETTERS. You must bring 2 copies of the pre registration forms that you completed online to one of the registration sessions. Remember that your child is not registered until we receive the 2 signed copies along with the payment of fees and the Registrar has entered the information in the computer.

Payment of $75 and Forms can be delivered to Soccer & Lifestyle on Mooney Blvd. 

 

When pre registering online, you may pay by credit card or you may pay by check, money order or cash at the registration session.

2. Registrations will be taking place at the Visalia Sports Complex.   Please see Calendar for dates and times.  Cost is 75.00 this year.  Please read info below if your child did not play last year!!!!!

 
 

If your child has not played with Visalia AYSO Region 129 in the last few years, or if you are registering a player for the first time, you must bring a copy of their birth certificate with you to the registration session so AYSO Staff can verify date of birth.

Player placement on a team is dependent on the number of volunteer coaches. Lack of coaches may mean players will be on a waiting list or unable to play. AYSO is run entirely by volunteers. Please get involved.

  • If child did not play LAST year, must provide a proof of their age. 

  • Examples: Copy of birth certificate, passport, etc.

  • Space is limited, Sign up early!

  • Make sure the forms that you sign are witnessed by the registrar or official AYSO staff.

Refund policy

 Due to the size of our region, and the time needed to prepare for the season after all player registrations are receive, we are consistently working to receive registration forms earlier and earlier each year.

 We understand that because of the amount of time that passes between sign ups and actual play, there will be times when circumstances change resulting in a need for a family to request a refund.

 As a result, the Regional Board of Directors has compiled and approved the following refund policy. Please review this policy in its entirety so you understand your refund rights.

 Please understand that processing player registration forms takes a great deal of volunteer time. This amount of time increases as we move closer to the beginning of the season since more volunteer time is required to process the forms as teams are created, etc. As such, the refund decreases the closer we get to the beginning of the season.

 

Refunds will be processed in the following increments:

January 1 – April 30th                 - full refund upon WRITTEN request

May 1 – July 1                              - 70% refund upon WRITTEN request.

July 1 – Beginning of Season    - 50% refund upon WRITTEN request.

Season start                                - No refund will be processed.
